Listing accuracy
We pull listing data from the MLS in near-real time, but information is provided 'as is' without warranty. Buyers are responsible for verifying square footage, lot lines, school assignments, taxes, HOA terms, and any other facts material to a purchase decision.
Agent relationships
Contacting an agent through this site does not, on its own, create an agency relationship. A written buyer or seller representation agreement governs the actual relationship.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Nez Perce County, Idaho.
